John Goodman, Esq. John Goodman's practice focuses on providing strategic advice on all aspects critical legal decisions, focusing on M&A, litigation management, real estate and general legal advice. From 1998-2005, John Goodman served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for a privately-held Silicon Valley company with global operations and annual revenues of approximately $1 billion. As his company's primary board and investor contact, Mr. Goodman worked closely with lenders and financial sponsors, and held primary responsibility for over 40 major capital transactions completed during his tenure, including acquisitions, divestitures, S-1 filings, debt and equity offerings, refinancings, and recapitalizations. Mr. Goodman holds B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Oregon.
John S. Park, Esq. John Park's practice focuses on providing all aspects of legal support to technology focused start-up companies and working with them through their life cycle to liquidity events. Mr. Park also provides litigation management services to his corporate clients. Mr. Park has spent most of his career at two premier law firms, Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York and Hong Kong and Fenwick & West in Palo Alto and San Francisco. Mr. Park has managed large M&A and capital transactions for both public and private companies. Mr. Park has recently worked with Mr. Goodman in a transaction management role. Mr. Park's public clients have included Morgan Stanley, Cisco, Silicon Image, Interwoven, Verisign, Flextronics, Veritas and AT&T and private clients have included Alphablox (acquired by IBM), IGN (acquired by News Corp.), Allbusiness.com (acquired by Centrata) and Greenlight.com (acquired by CarsDirect.com). Prior to working as an attorney, Mr. Park worked as a strategy consultant in New York at First Manhattan Consulting Group. Karlis Felzenberg. Karlis Felzenberg has over 12 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Pacific Coast Transaction Advisors, he was a Managing Director and Head of Communications Technology Investment Banking at ThinkEquity Partners in San Francisco. Prior to ThinkEquity, Mr. Felzenberg was a Principal in the west coast office of Needham & Company, a full service investment bank focused on emerging growth companies. During his nine years at Needham and Think, Mr. Felzenberg worked on over 40 successfully completed public or private equity financing transactions, and over 15 successfully completed M&A transactions. In addition to communications technology, he has worked with clients in software, life sciences, and consumer/retail industries. Mr. Felzenberg also served as a Director in M&A for Newport Capital Group in Sydney, Australia for 3 years. During this period, he worked on over 15 domestic and cross-border transactions for technology companies. Mr. Felzenberg started his career with Deloitte & Touche, LLP in San Francisco. Mr. Felzenberg graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
Anton Wahlman. Anton Wahlman has over 12 years of Wall Street experience in communications technology equity research. Most recently, he was a Managing Director and Head of Communications Technology Equity Research at ThinkEquity Partners. Prior to joining ThinkEquity, Mr. Wahlman was a Principal in the New York head office of Needham & Company, where he was the firm's lead analyst in communications technology. Prior to Needham, he worked for six years at UBS as an Associate Director in communications technology equity research. Mr. Wahlman graduated from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, John Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies, and the University of Stockholm Law School.
